BUILDING SERVICES MANAGER / ENGINEER - INDUSTRIAL / PHARMA - WEXFORD
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a leading Irish Contractor with projects throughout the
UK, Ireland and Europe.
They have successfully completed projects across a range of sectors
including Infrastructure, Data Centres, Hospitality, Commercial,
Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the implementation of the MEP deliverables on the
project.
Provide quality control for Mechanical Engineering on the project.
Work collaboratively with the project, design team and subcontractors.
Assisting Project Manager and Engineers in all work relating to the
safe and timely completion of the projects.
Attend project meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years experience.
Qualification in Building Services / Engineering or Trade.
Undertaking all aspects of building services, working on a wide
variety of modern plant, equipment and systems controlled by BMS.
Ensuring design, installation, and commissioning of complex M&E
packages.
Previous projects experience in Industrial/Pharma/ preferable, and
main contractors.
Excellent IT skills – knowledge of Revit/BIM, Microsoft.
